Fishing season never closes. With 800 miles of Streams and 22 Reservoirs in the Badlands/Blackhills area, there is always new water to be fished. Just 2 miles from Frontier Cabins is “New Town Dam”, a lake with bass, walleye, crappie and Northern Pike waiting to be caught.
HUNTING
South Dakota Hunting season varies with some starting as early as April but the most popular is September through the end of the year. This region offers great Turkey, Antelope and Elk hunting. Due to the limited availability of our Kitchenettes, reserve your cabin early.
